Shipping

1. Please allow between 3 - 5 days for order processing. Your parcel tracking number will be emailed within this period, too.
2. Shipping is handled by third party courier services. Generally, please allow between 7 - 10 days for delivery to Peninsula Malaysia. While shipping to East Malaysia takes longer. So please allow up to 15 days for your parcel to reach you in this region. 
3. Do expect delay for shipments made during festive seasons.

Returns & Exchange Policy

1. All purchases made are final. No exchange and return are allowed other than due to manufacturing defect, wrongly sent item and under any 'special circumstance' deemed reasonable by the Management of Jemima, and on a case-by-case basis.
2. Item returned must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed and unironed. It must also be in the condition in which it was delivered.
3. Only items purchased via the website, are accepted for return or exchange.
4. Shipping cost to return an item is borne by Jemima.
5. We reserve the rights to make the final decision in declining a return or exchange under any circumstance.
